Students will need to complete two registrations:

1. Band Camp Registration (10-15 Minutes)
1. Due May 1st
2. $20 Deposit
3. Hard deadline for placement in show
2. On RegisterMyAthlete (Time varies)
1. Due by band camp (July 15th)
2. Download and print the below forms

3. Print the forms and take to physician
4. Complete RegisterMyAthlete
5. Only need to register once in PUSD, but forms must be uploaded yearly

While the fees are necessary to keep the lights on, we are more than capable of supporting your family if needed. We will never turn someone away from band due to inability to pay.
